How do you effectively illuminate a school hall in the year 2023 that will be utilised for various activities such as assemblies, drama, and sports?
Sonic Lighting’s task was to transform the Mathew Flinders Sports Hall in Geelong, and we are excited to share the before and after pictures.
Eighteen existing 3x58watt T8 fluorescent fittings were replaced with fourteen Hyperion 106-watt 14,000-lumen LED high bay fixtures. We specified and supplied the Hyperion with a wide beam spread, protective grill and DALI dimmable, making it perfect for all activities. Limitations to utilising existing wiring locations were overcome with an appropriate beam spread.
