Please contact Sonic Lighting regarding any issues you may have with faults or warranties.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Quotations / estimates are valid for 30 days only
• Prices do not include delivery, unless otherwise stated
• A 50% deposit is required before the order can proceed
• Full payment is required at time of collection or prior to dispatch via your courier
• We accept payment by any of following methods: cash, eftpos, cheque, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Amex,) and direct debit. Surcharges may apply.
• Upon order please allow a minimum of 10-14 working days for delivery.  If items are imported, allow 6-10 weeks
• All claims for refunds, exchanges, credits must be made within 7 days of purchase and must be returned in original condition and boxing with sales receipt/invoice
• Many items ordered are not general stock items and cannot be returned to our suppliers. If Sonic Lighting agrees to accept your return, a re-stocking fee will apply.
• No returns can be accepted on articles that have been installed
